Accelerated Results Leaders

We are very proud of our Accelerated Results Leaders. We carefully selected them after screening many applicants. They are skilled and active in their businesses. They have all gone through a rigorous one year program in which they:

  • Gained a high level of competence in the content areas of our program
  • Worked the program in their own businesses
  • Received ongoing training in the art and science of leading small group teleclasses
  • Continue to get feedback and training in their leading and content areas

Laura Kashul

Laura Kashul was formally trained at the Coaches Training Institute and completed over 4,000 hours of Leadership and Communication training at Landmark Education Corporation. She has a private Coaching practice where she coaches clients to achieve results in areas where they are habitually stopped. One of her current clients is the Executive Director of The Israel/Palestine Project (TIPP).

Laura started her corporate career at Nortel Networks and has extensive experience managing large numbers of employees. She is passionate about enhancing employee performance. After 18 years of service, Laura left Nortel Networks and created a corporate Training business with two colleagues. Laura and her partners developed three original seminars (Employee Satisfaction, Customer Service, Leadership/New Manager training). Laura currently works as a Counselor at Challenger, Gray & Christmas where she coaches clients through their job search campaigns.

Laura is passionate about family, coaching and gardening. She enjoys playing softball, golf, and volleyball. Laura is also a Vegan and environmental activist.

Tamara Keefe Tamara Keefe

Tamara Keefe began coaching professionally in 2003. She is also a senior training and performance consultant for AchieveGlobal. For nearly 15 years, she has facilitated courses on leadership, change management and customer service at Fortune 500 companies, government organizations and with groups throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

In her training and coaching, Tamara loves to awaken people to the infinite possibilities that exist when we are willing to listen, learn and love unconditionally. She is co-founder of Livelovenow.org, which was started in 2008 with a simple question: Could a little more Love in the world make a big difference?

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in adult education from the University of South Florida. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute's Core Curriculum program and holds certificates in organizational development, leadership, and customer loyalty. She also has completed extensive training in the art and practice of dialogue.

James MelcherJames Melcher

James brings a creative energizing presence to the Accelerated Results program. Inspiring people for over 20 years as a visual artist, he added coaching to his repertoire in 2005. James is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute's Core Curriculum and the Co-Active Leadership Program. He has thrived as a solo entrepreneur since moving to Canada from New York in 1996 and is passionate about leading others to success.

Tara McDonough, CPCCTara McDonough

Tara is passionate about inspiring others to expand and achieve their vision of what is possible, with less stress and fewer detours. Her previous career in engineering, combined with her training in education and coaching, allows her to bring an uncommon breadth and depth to her work. Both her heart and fierceness come alive as she supports new entrepreneurs in achieving Accelerated Results.

Nancy Slocum, CPCC, Professional CoachNancy Slocum

Nancy Slocum is CTI certified and has been coaching full-time since 1993. Nancy coaches individuals, couples, entrepreneurs and executives. She is a fiercely devoted strategic partner who empowers people to be, and to create from, the Love that they are. Nancy is an experienced, wise and powerful ally. She also facilitates creativity groups, and leads Claim Your Authentic Life, Radical Self Care, and Healing Relationships workshops.
